Dav Pilkey’s Captain Underpants revolves around two fourth-graders, George Beard and Harold Hutchins who accidentally-on purpose bring one of their homemade comic book characters to life –  Captain Underpants!
Adventure ensues as the two friends encounter The Dandelion of Doom and a whole host of other villains with their new found companion.
