when will I receive my order?
All orders are processed and packaged within 24 hours of cleared payment and posted out using our standard shipping method.
can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number which can be used to monitor the status of your order.
can I return my order?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For more information please see our Refund Policy.
what if my order is damaged via postal service?
In this instance we ask you to take a picture of the packaging when received and any damage to the product and email it to info@talltalesbooks.co.uk. We must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order in which case we may offer a reimbursement if we believe your order was mishandled/damaged via transit.
how much is delivery?
The delivery cost is based on the weight of items you order. Prices start from £2.99 and we offer free shipping on orders over £35. Tracked 48: £2.99. Tracked 24: £5.99.
do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes we do, this option can be added at checkout. (currently unavailable).
