Once our orders have been picked, packed and consolidated into one parcel from our warehouse we aim to ship the orders out within 24 hours.

Our postage cost is calculated depending on weight starting from:

Royal Mail : Tracked 24: £5.99 (Next day delivery).

Royal Mail : Tracked 48: £2.99 (2 working days).

DPD Next Day: £6.99.

Please note delivery times may vary depending on demand and the postal companies.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
